SATURDAY 4-10-10 9am-3pm	Navigation Clinic	Learn all about map work and orienteering. Course includes topographical map familiarization, course plotting, UTM, latitude and longitude, compass work. Teams will travel 100 miles in and around Philadelphia for the 7th annual adventure race to benefit the Gift of Life Foundation. SUNDAY 6-6-10	Cradle of Liberty Sprint	20 miles of mountain biking, trail running, orienteering, team challenges, canoe paddling and team fun. Great for those new to the sport. End in one great adventure finale with the 24 hour racers!	Philadelphia	$75 per racer

FRENCH CREEK STATE PARK	http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/parks/frenchcreek.aspx French Creek State Park is located off of PA 345, south of Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, and north of PA 23. The park is in Berks and Chester Counties
GREEN LANE PARK	Green Lane is in the northwest corner of Montgomery County on PA Route 29, easily accessible from the Northeast extension of the PA turnpike, or PA Routes 73, 63, 663, 309 or 100. For more detailed map directions go to www.mapquest.com and type in: 2144 Snyder Road, Green Lane, PA 18054. Note: Upper Perkiomen Valley County Park has been renamed to Green Lane Park. Also the green iron bridge has been closed. Please use Deep Creek Road to Park entrance or Hill Road to Green Lane Road to Park.
HAWK MOUNTAIN	I 78 to Route 143 (Lenhartsville). Make left off exit. Make left onto Mountain Road (sign will be there for Blue Rocks Campground). Follow signs to campground.

RIDLEY CREEK STATE PARK	http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/parks/ridleycreek.aspx From I-476 (Blue Route) Traveling North: Take I-476 to Exit # 5 (Route 1 South, Lima/Springfield exit). Route 1 South approx. 1 mile to Route 252 North (Media/Newtown Square exit). Turn right onto Route 252 North. Get immediately in to center lane - straight through traffic signal - go approximately 2/10 mile -get in to left turn lane - Turn left on to Providence Road. Follow Providence Road to the 2nd stop sign. (4 miles) Make a left on to Gradyville Road. Follow Gradyville Road to the 2nd stop sign - turn left. Follow signs to park office From I-476 (Blue Route) Traveling South: Take Exit # 9 (Route 3, Upper Darby/Broomall exit) Travel west on route 3 approximately 4 miles to Route 252 Turn left (south) on route 252 and go to the second traffic signal light Turn right at the light on to Gradyville Road At the 4th stop sign on Gradyville Road - turn left in to the main park area - follow park signs to desired area
